2. Place the NakedBody inserts inside your garment.
3. Lift and position your breasts onto the inserts to hold them in place.

How to Store Inserts
Once your inserts are clean and fully dry, put the protective film back on to keep the adhesive in good condition. Store them in the original satin pouch to keep them safe.
For the best results, keep your NakedBody inserts in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, dust, and dirt.
How to Remove & Clean
How to Remove & Clean
To remove the inserts, gently peel them off starting from the top edge, and carefully take them off your breast. Do the same for the other side.
To keep them in good condition, place the inserts back on their protective films right after use.
To clean your inserts:
- Hand wash only—don’t use a machine or tumble dryer.
- Use your fingertips to gently clean the adhesive, avoiding your nails.
- Rinse with warm water to get rid of any residue.
- Shake off the excess water, then press gently to squeeze out the rest.
- Let them air dry in a clean, dust-free place.
- Once dry, reapply the protective films to keep dust and lint away.
